Stiles is a rare Omega and has to go though interview with alphas who have packs.
I remember that Derek and him go to Nevada and meet an asexual alpha. He has his heat and ends up helping the pack up their fertility.
It is stiles/Derek but both are in denial.

I'm looking for a fic I seem to have missplaced.

It was a Stiles/Derek fic where Stiles is driven out in to the woods as some sort of rite of passage for the lacrosse team and he runs in to a feral wolf Derek. I'm also sure that they are mates?
